AR Homes® Charlestion (New Leaf Custom, LLC) welcomes Shannon Price as the Director of Operations. With nearly 30 years of experience in luxury home construction and franchise operations, She began her career with AR Homes® in 2008 at the first Carolinas location, gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional custom home experience. Her success later led her to AR Franchising, Inc., where she trained and supported new franchises across the country. Now back in the Carolinas, Shannon applies her operational expertise and passion for craftsmanship to enhance the custom homebuilding journey in the Charleston market. By streamlining processes, elevating quality standards, and ensuring each home reflects the client’s lifestyle, she continues to deliver the signature AR Homes® experience—personalized, seamless, and built to the highest standards.
