As a third-generation builder and developer, Stuart takes great pride in creating beautiful luxury homes for his clients. He also serves as the Tampa Bay Builders Association Life Director.

Adam Smith brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his clients. With nearly two decades in Tampa’s homebuilding industry, he has worked with some of the most respected builders in the area. After earning his Master’s, Adam had an opportunity for early career leadership development that gave him a comprehensive understanding of all facets of homebuilding operations. His deep knowledge of the homebuilding process allows him to provide expert guidance to custom home buyers. What’s most important to Adam is his faith, family and the legacy that he wishes to create with the people that he will come into contact with on a daily basis, be it team members or customers.

Teresa Hymer brings a wealth of experience in accounting and project management, with a background rooted in high-profile developments. In the late 1980s, she worked as a project accountant for Nicklaus/Sierra Development Corporation, overseeing finances for the esteemed Country Club of the South near Atlanta, GA. She went on to become a senior project accountant for the Wynstone Development in Barrington, IL. After a brief transition to part-time work to start a family, Teresa spent the last 30 years working in the nonprofit sector, gaining valuable expertise and dedication to her craft. Having lived in Tampa for over 40 years, Teresa is excited to bring her skills back to the vibrant homebuilding industry with AR Homes by Custom Craft. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexa Vandepoll is a Customer Concierge at AR Homes by Custom Craft, bringing six years of expertise in the construction industry and a commitment to exceptional customer care. With three years of experience in the Tampa area, Alexa excels in making clients feel heard, supported, and at ease throughout the home-building process. She guides each client with warmth and dedication, helping them create luxury homes that are both beautiful and functional.

Keith Petrauskas is a trusted Sales Consultant with AR Homes by Custom Craft, bringing decades of expertise in business, real estate, and custom home building. Known for his integrity, dependability, and collaborative spirit, Keith is passionate about guiding clients in turning their dream home visions into reality. He values open communication and believes in listening closely to clients’ goals at every stage to ensure they feel confident in their decisions. Keith’s upstanding reputation is built on his commitment to fostering trust and comfort throughout the home-building process.

With well over a decade of experience in Tampa Bay’s luxury real estate market, Christopher brings both professional expertise and personal insight from building custom homes himself. Known for his integrity and client-first approach, he partners with AR Homes® to guide families seamlessly through the signature Dream. Design. Build. process. A Plant High School alum and proud USF Bulls graduate, Christopher is deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay community he now serves. When not helping clients create their dream homes, he enjoys traveling the world with his wife and their two young children. Dedicated to creating homes that reflect lifestyle, legacy, and lasting trust, Christopher combines local knowledge with global perspective to deliver an unmatched experience.

As the Purchasing Manager at AR Homes®  Tampa (Custom Craft Homes), Courtney plays a pivotal role in overseeing the procurement of materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies for our custom homebuilding projects. With extensive experience in the construction and real estate industry, Courtney is committed to sourcing high-quality materials that align with AR Homes’ exceptional standards of craftsmanship. Courtney brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to the role, leveraging expertise in cost management to help deliver outstanding homes on time and within budget. She works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure that all purchases meet both the aesthetic and functional requirements of each unique home. With a passion for optimizing processes and building long-term supplier partnerships, Courtney ensures that AR Homes maintains its reputation for excellence in both design and execution.

As the Director of Construction at AR Homes® Tampa (Custom Craft Homes), Josh leads the planning and execution of custom homes, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and excellence. He coordinates teams, manages timelines, and delivers homes that exceed expectations. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of three who enjoys hands-on projects and family time.

Originally from Indiana, Jim has served with AR Homes® Tampa (Custom Craft Homes) for over 40 years, and earned 17 awards for his superb workmanship and excellent customer service. He is a Licensed Building Contractor, and has built hundreds of luxury custom homes throughout Tampa Bay. Jim is focused on ensuring each client’s utmost satisfaction, and also has a track record of successful and long-standing subcontractor relationships. Married over 30 years, Jim has two adult children, and in his spare time enjoys fishing and woodworking.

Born in Plant City and a true Florida native, Joe has over 20 years of broad-based field experience in home building and construction. He has dedicated his career to delivering quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction on every project. He and his wife are proud parents of 3 wonderful children and 3 dogs. In his spare time, Joe enjoys grilling, golfing, scuba diving, spearfishing, and bowling.

As Brand Ambassador for AR Homes® Tampa (Custom Craft Homes), Kristine serves as the community liaison and trusted representative of the luxury home brand. She builds connections by sharing the unique lifestyle that Custom Craft Homes offers while highlighting the unparalleled craftsmanship, architectural design, and personalized living options available to homebuyers. Kristine grew up internationally in Latin America and the Caribbean before settling in Miami and ultimately Tampa twenty years ago, where she has raised her two children and served in various external relations roles.
