My comments about working with Derriel Owens and Owens Specialty Builders:

The best comment I can give is that if I were to build another new house, I would go back to Derriel at Owens Specialty Builders.

All changes to the original plan were discussed and approved by me. Derriel came up with some great ideas that deviated from the original plan and it all worked out really great. He used the best craftsmen in the area including the framing, tile men, electricians and heating and air conditioning folks.

In closing, I would like to say that not only did I get a great house built by a general contractor, but I also made a friend.
